We are based in Hulín and are a well-coordinated team of 20 people that grows with every project. We are a young team that enjoys finding smart, functional solutions and thinking differently when needed.

Within the company, we are constantly working to create and improve a working environment that offers our colleagues stability, opportunities for growth, and a corporate culture whose values they can identify with.
One of our long-term goals is to develop relationships, cooperation, and support within the region. To this end, we have become members of KHKZK, started cooperation with TIC Zlín, and are one of the first members of ZLIN.AI.

Společně s Alešem jsme v roce 2019 založili firmu s jednoduchou vizí vybudovat společnost, která dokáže nabídnout funkční a spolehlivý kamerový systém, jenž zákazníkům zlepší produktivitu a kvalitu výrobků.
Over the years, we have become familiar with most modern technologies in the field of machine vision, and we capitalize on this experience in the design and implementation of orders. Our development department in the field of lighting quickly responds to trends, so we also offer our customers high-quality lights of our own production.
We are also pleased with the growth of our team, its knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm for work.
Our story
06/2020: Founding of AMV Lighting
We started out as three people with a passion for machine vision. It was more than just a job for us. The first projects were created in a small facility, but with a great desire to prove that we could do it.
06/2020: Založení AMV Lighting
We saw that there was a lack of reliable lighting for camera applications on the market, so we decided to manufacture our own. We wanted to have full control over quality and be sure that our machine vision integrations would work 100%.
10/2022: Stuttgart Vision Trade Fair
At the Stuttgart Vision trade fair, we stood among the world leaders in machine vision for the first time. It was a turning point for us. It opened our eyes and confirmed our desire to go all in.
01/2023: New company offices
We moved from small offices to ew premises in Hulín with an area of 370 m². The space allowed us to expand our offices and build our own production facilities – another step towards professionalization and further growth.
11/2023: Partnership with Zebra Technologies
We have become an official partner of Zebra Technologies. This gives us access to their entire machine vision portfolio, enabling us to offer our customers even broader and more powerful solutions.
11/2024: Own event AMV:ID 24
We organized the first Czechia-Slovakia event focused on machine vision in Zlín. AMV:ID 24 was attended by over 100 participants, giving rise to a concept that aims to connect experts and create a machine vision community.
01/2025: 4,000 lighting units sold
We have manufactured and sold more than four thousand units of our industrial lighting. This confirms that AMV Lighting has a solid position in the market.
04/2025: Best Newcomer Partner Zebra Technologies
We have been awarded the Best Newcomer Partner award by Zebra Technologies. We see this award as proof that our work is meaningful.
08/2026: 20 zaměstnanců
Náš tým se rozrostl na 20 kolegů. We are growing not only in numbers, but also in experience, which each new project brings.
